Mark Tulay is the Founder and CEO of Sustainability Risk Advisors (SRA), a company that helps organizations measure and manage what matters most for community, climate, and culture. With over 25 years of experience in the sustainability movement, Mark has advised financial institutions, NGOs, and Fortune 500 companies. He played a key role in launching the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and is also the Founder and CEO of SPARC, which equips financial institutions with the data, analysis, and tools needed to invest with a purpose for maximum impact.

Throughout his career, Mark has focused on advancing the metrics, measurement, and management of corporate sustainability performance. He has co-founded the Strategic Investor Initiative (SII) at CECP, which is re-orienting the capital markets to the long-term and elevating sustainability factors as a CEO leadership imperative. Mark serves on Advisory Boards for Cornerstone Capital Group and holds an MBA from Northeastern University. His dedication to driving innovation and sustainable growth has made him a respected figure in the field of corporate sustainability.
