Kevin Higgins is a former senior executive of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), where he retired after a distinguished 30-year career. In his last assignment, he served as Chief of Staff to CIA Director William J. Burns, assisting in executing the Agency’s global intelligence mission and confronting national security challenges. Kevin's previous roles include Assistant Director of CIA for Africa, Chief of Operations of the CIA’s Counterterrorism Center, and several foreign field assignments as Chief of Station. He has received numerous awards and distinctions, including the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal, CIA’s Excellence in Leadership Award, and the Presidential Rank Award.

After retiring from the CIA, Kevin founded KSTK Enterprises, a boutique advisory firm that specializes in guiding clients through complex challenges. He also serves as a Senior Advisor for WestExec and sits on several advisory boards, including Sayari and New North Ventures. Kevin's extensive experience and leadership continue to make a significant impact in both the public and private sectors.
